As an M&A Tax Assistant Manager, you will build rapport with clients and begin to foster your own relationships. By doing so and by attending pitches with your manager, you will be able to further your business development skills which is useful for career progression. You will act as a tax consultant to your clients and will also need to prepare the tax filings.
To qualify for this position, you need to be CTA or ACA qualified with experience in UK corporate tax. M&A/transactions tax experience is advantageous but not a strict requirement.
