I am working with a Global matrix property company, who are looking to grow their reward team, by bringing in a Reward Analyst on a permanent basis.
You will report into the Head of Reward, and support on all areas of compensation within the business. Responsibilities will include annual salary review process and bonus payments, salary benchmarking globally, data integrity, supporting on executive compensation. You will also support on different reward projects giving you exposure to a number of areas of reward.
