Integral Search have partnered with the UK’s market leading Financial Investor team who are seeking to hire a Tax Senior within their tax team which over the past 9 months has grown by 15%.
This role offers the chance to work with large private equity firms and an opportunity to be involved in a variation of exciting projects. The position will offer a strong commercial focus which will allow the right candidate the opportunity to work with the biggest EU/US PE houses.
The ideal candidate needs to have one of the following:
- Strong experience within Employment tax
- Extensive transactions experience
- Currently advising OMB’s in a smaller firm but has strong general tax knowledge
- Working in a top 100 firm on OMB’s and you now want to take a step up in your career to work in private equity
The ideal candidate skillset:
- ACA or ACCA or CTA qualified
- A strong desire to work with the largest clients on high profile transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you will face technical challenges
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
- Ambitious and wanting to progress
