Tax Director (Newly Created, 100% remote), £100k to £120k

A highly acquisitive, global outsourcing business with is currently searching for a Tax Director to join the team. This role with have 3 direct reports and will require exceptional people management skills and ability to build strong relations with board member, c-suite and other senior finance professionals. The group has gone from strength to strength over the past 2 years and are experiencing double digit growth into new markets.

Responsibilities:

- Take a lead on compliance across the group, liaising with the SSC whereby the hands-on prep work is undertaken
- Manage and maintain relationships both internally and externally
- Responsible for business development, going out to grow within existing business
- Regular interaction with the wider compliance team, ensuring CPD amongst staff, monitoring workload for team members and improve efficiency
- Delegate work accordingly across all verticals including corporate and indirect tax to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

- ACA/CTA qualified ideally with experience across a variety of different sectors
- Proven experience of tax accounting, compliance and strategy
- Hunger and drive to achieve continuous improvement
- Experience of staff mentoring and management would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with senior members
