We are currently working with a well-known financial advisory firm.
As a corporate Tax Associate Director, you will deal with a range of challenging and interesting tasks that will make the most of -- and develop -- your existing skills.
In general you will be working with small to medium clients and international business on all related tax matters. You’ll work directly on the tax affairs of the company but also serve as the tax advisor to the owner-managers directly, helping them find the balance between their personal tax obligations and those of their company.
You’ll work on a range of tax matters and deal with tax issues related to acquisitions and sales. More broadly, you’ll work on R&D matters, tax compliance, business development, tax due diligence and corporate group restructuring, among others.
As this is a senior role, you’ll also assist with and review the work of more junior staff members and provide coaching and training as and when needed. In addition, you’ll liaise with other departments within the firm, including the audit teams. You will also shadow more senior tax staff, supporting them on projects and client relationships.
You can make director in 18-36 months.

Qualified accountant (ACA) and/or tax advisor (CTA)
Key Experience/Skills:
Significant corporate tax experience gained within the profession and/or industry
Proven manager experience
Business Development skills
Project management
Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
