Tax Senior Manager - Real Assets

The UK's leading Real Estate Tax team is looking to hire a UK trained tax professional (with any industry focus) an unique opportunity to join and learn about Real Estate Industry/Investor led on the job. You will join a team called Real Assets which is part of their Lifecycle Business offering, whereby they look to provide the clients with post-transaction tax advisory support throughout their ownership of the asset.

To clarify
• No prior experience of real estate or infra tax is expected or required.
• You will be supported in building your relevant tax knowledge and taking a driving role on these clients, from distinct pieces of UK CT advice to long-term, multi-specialism, pan-European and cross-service line projects.
• You will gain experience as a principle contact for a range of tax and non-tax relationships: asset managers, finance, tax, C-suite, lawyers and other advisors.

The advice this teams gives is more commercial in focus, pragmatically linking tax risk assessment to business decisions faced by the client. Therefore you will also deal with new and emerging issues both on the commercial front (e.g. new uses of properties / evolution of client strategies) as well as tax (e.g. applying new tax legislation to real-life scenarios and seeking HMRC clearances).

This team is the highest revenue generator in the market, with a truly exceptional client base and therefore the exposure is unparelled along with joining a team with a track record of paying its team very well!
