M&A Tax focused interim Senior Tax Manager job requires an experienced tax professional who has advised on the tax aspects of M&A activity.
Joining an in-house tax team in central London, this role is to start in October for a minimum of 7 months.
Excitingly, the focus of the role is on deals that the business regularly participates in, with the successful post holder taking a tax lead in such activity. This will involve using effective communication and project management skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, such as finance and legal teams, and also with external stakeholders such as advisory firms.
On a tax technical basis, the deals will involve tax duties in: tax due diligence, structuring and restructuring; tax planning, strategy and risk mitigation.
To be considered for this role you will have M&A/deals tax advisory experience from the UK, along with an international exposure as the majority of the deals are cross-border, namely in Europe. You will be able to talk through M&A activity that you have provided tax advice on, and demonstrate how you have effectively liaised with internal and external stakeholders.
Taking you through to the Spring/Summer of 2022, this tax advisory job will allow you to put into practice your knowledge and expertise in deals tax, whilst business partnering with an exciting and vibrant corporate organisation.
