I am working with a global business who are looking to recruit a Global Reward Analyst to join their Reward and HR Analytics team on a permanent basis.
Your role will be to support the compensation team on cyclical compensation activities as well as projects, as well as conducting data analysis. This role will focus on the UK, and also support the compensation activities globally in their offices across APAC and EMEA.
You will provide support in the following:
* Benchmarking across international job roles
* International survey submissions
* Global bonus and performance review cycles
* Gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting
* Working with the Benefit Manager on benefits budget reporting
* Contribute to future compensation technology tools
You will be a Reward Analyst looking for the next step in an exciting international business. You will have advanced Excel skills, and ideally VBA and SQL.
