Corporate Tax Manager

This international firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager to join its tax team based in Manchester. The corporate tax team cover a wide spectrum of tax matters including core compliance, transaction focussed advisory, tax risk, innovation and technology solutions. Your primary responsibilities in this role will be to provide Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients. You will also provide assistance to Directors and Partners in both client work and in the management of the group and on occasions the practice. You will also be involved in special assignments on an ad hoc basis. A key part of the role requires the individual to actively seek, and keep the Partner informed about, any new business opportunities arising on existing and new clients.
