Due to a market leading client base, a deep specialism and known quality and expertise in restructuring, this team in question is incredibly busy. With post Covid predictions and the current M&A market on a upward trajectory, the firm has created a new role as Tax Manager with a particular focus on helping the team manage complicated compliance filings with the HMRC for high profile insolvency tax cases.
You will join to oversee work with an array of clients across Corporate advisory, Creditor advisory and Insolvency and therefore a person use to complex compliance processes/ strong risk management stance but who now want to help firms going through a major restructuring or to the point of liquidation is of interest. You will work hand in hand with a high performing restructuring Tax team and you be vital in helping them deliver a result for all stakeholders as the firm is going through a challenge period.
If you have had any/some experience insolvency tax that is advantageous but the team are happy to help you understand the nuisances involved whilst you bring to the team an understanding of the workings of a tax compliance process & have a strong UK tax training and experience.
You will be joining this Advisory firm at the start of its journey of UK and EU expansion in the Restructuring market and hence it is a very exciting time to start conversations and be part of it growth.
They offer 30% bonuses at Manager level along with market rate "Advisory" salaries.
