International Tax Manager - 4 months, to £500 per day

International tax interim job requires an experienced International Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager.

Joining an established in-house tax function, within a dynamic and innovative wider business/commercial setting, this position is to cover a permanent vacancy with the expectation of the interim International Tax Manager being effective and business partnering with immediate effect.

Key project work will involve:

* Business partner in order to be able to identify and advise on the international tax impacts of new business lines and entering new markets.
* Liaise with international advisors and local finance teams ensuring compliance obligations are met.
* Assist in tax audits.
* M&A tax duties and structuring.

To be considered for this role, you will have international tax experience from working within the UK and will have the advisory level of experience in terms of working on transactions and advising on structuring. It is also important to be able to start this role before the end of April and to comit to a 4 months minimum period.

Due to covid restrictions, this role will initially be worked from home, however, once the central London office opens in early summer, then it is expected to be able to visit it at least once per week.
