A US Multinational is seeking a senior manager to join their growing transfer pricing team in Europe. This role will be based on London and will focus on supporting their related party transactions in their core business. This role will be responsible for developing, executing and maintaining inter-company transfer pricing policies throughout the European structure, including analysing new business launches and determining transfer pricing requirements.
The Role Will Also Include
* Assisting with tax audits and APAs,
* Collecting and gathering data & information, preparing transfer pricing documentation reports,
* Managing & working with outside advisers.
The candidate should have significant tax and transfer pricing experience and be comfortable directly liaising with and presenting TP issues to various business teams within the company and with other members of the global tax department.
You will need to have 12-15 years of TP experience, ideally with some in-house exp. Although if coming straight from Practice you will need to be at Director level.
