Super opportunity to join the Reward practice of a dedicated national team that advise on the design, tax, market practice, corporate governance, regulatory and accounting aspects of management and broader employee incentive structures. You will advise on incentive plan design and structuring, drafting plan documents and advising on the tax, legal, regulatory and corporate governance aspects of incentive arrangements for both UK and global clients. At this senior level, you will be expected to provide direction and support for business development, client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing articles and alerts on technical and other matters. ACA/CTA qualification and essential as is experience of being a reward /share plans specialist with solid understanding of the UK tax and legal issues that may arise in relation to long term and equity based incentive arrangements. To succeed you will need to be a team player, someone who enjoys working with people from different disciplines and you must be a proactive professional motivated by delivering great service to your clients. We are looking for a Senior Manager to be based anywhere in the North or Midlands.
