A leading firm is sourcing for a UK trained tax professional to join its growing Business Tax team with a specific market focus on Private Capital.

As Covid continues to impact the UK market a trend towards businesses remaining private is likely to be accentuated by the crisis and therefore this market requires a tax professional with an ability to bring together Private Client & Corporate Tax ad-visors to think holistically about how to advise this growing sub sector of the market.

As private capital now ranges from the now-mainstream private equity and real estate, to more niche but fast-growing areas including infrastructure and "private credit", this progressive accountancy firm is happy to virtually engage with the right talented person across any of these areas whilst leveraging an incredibly strong Private Client base.

This role will cover private equity backed companies, PE firms and wealthy Owner Managed businesses and this Tax Partner will effectively build long standing relationship to ensure any tax issue whether Corporate Advisory (UK or International), M&A Tax, Tax Compliance, and all Private Client issues are covered by this growing Tax team.
