Tax Manager - Europe & Asia, London

A fast growing business is sourcing for Tax Associate for Europe & Asia to join its expanding in-house tax function. This role in incredibly broad advisory role with very Tax astute business stakeholders, therefore requires a very mental agile individual.

You will report to the EU Head of Tax who has a US reporting line and offers amazing technical training and commercial development in this close knit team

As the business is expanding you will be leading on:

Review proposed client project scopes, locations and entities to determine possible PE and payroll exposure risks & involving all relevant stakeholders and local advisors.

Liaise with outsourced local compliance providers in all countries and monitor deadlines for direct tax filings to ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of local, state and national direct tax filings.

Identify withholding tax and other exposures on cross-border projects and develop proposals for structuring projects to mitigate exposures

Prepare and manage annual budget for compliance and advisory advice including reviewing all compliance and advisory fees.

Assist with US parent company's Country by Country filing for all assigned territories.

As the group is a LLP, you will be consistently planning around equity compensation for Managing Directors with the support of advisors.

The role is very varied technically and commercially and suits a person looking to get an all rounded experience with a outsourced tax model.
