Your new role
The job will give individuals the chance to manage a portfolio of clients and projects and also becoming their key point of contact. Anticipating client needs and responding to their requests is important to the firm to give the best client service. The range of clients varies from small owner managed clients to large private equity backed clients through to mature listed clients.
Responsibilities include:

* Design and implementation of share schemes and long and medium term incentives; This is normally driven by maximising the tax efficiencies for the employee and employer using approved share schemes or unapproved arrangements such as growth shares or joint ownership.
* Advising on the tax treatment of management and founder equity, particularly through different types of corporate transaction.
* Advising on UK share scheme compliance which includes the operation of PAYE and NICs and completion of Form 42
* Advising on the implementation of share schemes internationally for UK based multinationals or foreign multinationals operating in the UK.
* Consulting on effective pay practices and governance for private and publicly owned businesses
* Must provide overall support to Partners on client matters and assist Partners in the management of the group.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills as this will be a client facing role. CTA or ATT qualifications is desired however depending on experience is not essential.
