Based in London's bustling West-End a well established Top 50 accountancy firm is offering a bright and dedicated graduate the opportunity to kick start their career in Tax. The firm deals with a wide range of clients from a diverse range of interesting industries.

Your new role

As an Indirect Tax Specialist, you will be tasked with supporting the Indirect Tax Partner and other teams across the business with tax consultancy and compliance assignments. Taking on this mixed role, you will provide outstanding service to clients and develop relationships with internal stakeholders and existing clients.

The indirect tax team is newly growing, you will be an early and important member of the team. As an early joiner you will get the benefit of having the opportunity to take some control over the direction of the team and have a real responsibility for the results.


What you'll need to succeed

Prior VAT experience in practice is essential as is an exceptional understanding of VAT principles and awareness of information sources. As you will be working as a manager you need to have experience and interest in managing project and teams with evidence of good results. Ideally you will be ACA/CTA qualified, though having the ACCA/ATT with wide ranging VAT experience is still an advantage.
