The office environment is very team orientated with a culture of all round involvement and autonomy to develop client relationships and to take on responsibility and pursue areas of interest. The firm has a flatter structure but with a good level of Managerial support in place, allowing a lot of responsibility and management of jobs and client contact.
Description
Joining as a Personal Tax Senior based in the rims Bristol offices you will be responsible for a portfolio of up to around 250 - 300 clients mouldable around the right full or part time additions here. You will be dealing with all aspects of these clients tax affairs, including the preparation of: Individual Tax Returns, Partnership Tax Returns, Trust Tax Returns and all associated tax compliance work and client advice. You will also get exposure to more complex personal tax issues and advisory projects as you develop within the firm and role, on areas such as IHT and other wide ranging projects. You will develop long term client relationships, taking full responsibility for the delivery of a quality compliance focused service and progress within this growing and successful firm of chartered accountants.
Profile
You will have a background in personal tax, with at least 2 - 3 years or more, within an accountancy practice environment, preparing tax returns with a strong compliance background and any of experience of personal tax planning/advisory work a bonus . You may be ATT qualified, studying ATT or CTA, qualified CTA,or experienced only to date and be looking to carve a key position in a tax department of a well regarded, growing firm of chartered accountants, with responsibility and client management potential.
Job Offer
