Transfer Pricing Manager In-House, London

Key Accountabilities

* The successful candidate, working with the rest of the global transfer pricing team members in London, US and Asia, will be supporting the Head of Transfer Pricing for the end-to-end transfer pricing process from a tax function perspective, which encompasses

* Provide transfer pricing advisory and compliance support to front office, business and support function;
* Develop transfer pricing analysis and documentation and providing support to the Global transfer pricing team in transfer pricing related projects;
* Support business/infrastructure/tax initiatives and projects
* Support tax/transfer pricing audits internally or externally and provide transfer pricing guidance
* Provide transfer pricing compliance and advisory support, and assist in the formulation and roll out of new or revised transfer pricing policies
* Assist to establish diagnostic tools for monitoring existing transfer pricing methodologies are in place and working efficiently
* Ensure adequate transfer pricing documentation is in place and identify policy gaps and work towards closing those gap
* Working closely with Transfer Pricing Finance Team in ensuring BAU transfer pricing are robust and implemented/reviewed
