The succesful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle from due diligence to tax structuring, post acqusition implementaton and reorganisatons to ongoing advice to portfolio companies and preparation for sale.
Ideally you will have experience of advising on M&A tax matters and have been involved with M&A work on high profile, international organisations. Experience of working in M&A within a professional services team is highly desirable and you must have a relevant qualification (ACA or CTA), with at least three years post qualification experience within M&A.
