Expat Tax return contract - 4 months - up to £70,000

Big 4 firm are requiring an expat tax specialist to work independently and review a large volume of UK tax returns. You will be provided training on the engagement specific issues, but as an experienced UK tax return reviewer you would be expected to contribute to the overall running of the accounts you work on, identifying any potential areas of risk, process improvement etc.

Responsibilities

* Reviewing UK tax returns ready for release to the client
* Liaising with junior team members to explain any changes required
* Ensuring that all tax returns are technically correct and all potential areas of risk are addressed
* Working within a team to ensure that all aspects of the UK compliance season are managed efficiently

Requirements

* ATT qualified or equivalent qualification or experience
* Strong UK tax technical knowledge gained from an in house role within a financial institution or from an accountancy / legal / advisory firm;
* Experience in managing the UK tax return compliance across a large corporate client
