The Role

In a market where TP is increasingly significant, it pays to be at the cutting edge of developments to the profession. Bigger firms are able to maximise client engagement horizontally, and grow their teams accordingly. However, consider the depth of your expertise by moving to a team of experienced, dedicated TP experts, looking to grow the team by up-skilling its people, and attracting the market's best.

You can expect a more varied, hands-on role, including:

* Designing and implementing TP policies
* CbC reporting advice and compliance
* Ongoing TP advisory work, including controversy
* Advising on, and preparing TP documentation relating to, cross-border transactions and financing agreements
* Active involvement in client engagement and growing the practice

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is a leader in tax, and has a progressive plan for growing its TP offering. As such, they are looking for the next rising star, who will need to demonstrate:

* A clear ambition to succeed and develop as a TP expert
* At least 3 years' experience in an established TP team
* Great academics in Economics, Law, Commerce or Accounting
* The desire for a challenge, and willingness to invest in an improved career trajectory
* A track record of handling clients, and innovating to find solutions
* Great BD skills, and the intention to become more involved in this activity
