This Firm, one of the most successful Accountancy firms in the UK, are looking for an Charities Tax Director to join their successful team to assisting Partners in servicing clients, directing Tax services and managing people within the Tax department. This firm are renowned for their superior client service and have a global reach, working with a wide range of clients.

Your new role
As Director in the Not for Profit group, you will work with charities clients where you will act as a major point of contact within the firm for the client together with the partner. You will be advising charities and working on tax planning and complex tax issues alone, and in conjunction with Partners. You will ensure assignments are completed within agreed budgets and deliver final advice to the client. Team management and business development responsibilities will also be an important aspect of this role.

This role will have an equal balance of advisory and compliance duties where as Director it will be expected that you lead all proposals for new and ongoing business. Given your portfolio will be charities clients the implications of Gift Aid mean that compliance will form a significant portion of your responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience dealing with Charities and their in house tax teams of professional service businesses. A reasonable knowledge of the not for profit sector is expected.
