Restructuring & Insolvency Executive, Leeds

Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading firm of Accountants, Business and Financial Advisors. With offices across the North of the UK and 150 years of experience they value people that can make a positive difference to their clients and grow both personally and professionally within their firm.

We are looking for an Executive to join their growing Restructuring & Insolvency team. The role predominantly based in Leeds.

The role will principally involve the management and progression of a portfolio of high value bankruptcy cases. There may be opportunities for the right candidate to gain additional experience by involvement in some corporate insolvency matters.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative;

Ability to manage own time and caseload efficiently and effectively, working to deadlines under supervision;

Confidence to build rapport with peers internally and externally; and

Strong IT skills including experience of IPS, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Applicants should ideally have a minimum of two years experience in dealing with bankruptcy/personal insolvency cases and would be desirable to be CPI/CPPI qualified.
