Are you a Private Client Tax Senior Manager or Director looking for an exciting new role in a successful, expanding team? I am currently working with a leading accountancy firm based in Central London who is seeking a Private Client Tax Director.

This Firm one of the most successful in the UK, are looking for a Private Client Tax Director to join their successful team to assisting Partners in servicing clients, directing Tax services and managing people within the Tax department. This firm are renowned for their superior client service and have a global reach, working with a wide range of clients.

Your new role
The team are looking for a Tax Director to help support the team in delivering a full range of services to complex clients and contribute to the future management, growth and direction of the business. The primary responsibilities will be to lead on a portfolio of clients and related advisory projects and transactions, provide assistance to Partners in both client work and in the management of the group and to actively seek new business opportunities arising on existing and new clients.

What you'll need to succeed
Expertise in one or more of the following areas (and awareness of/interest in all) will be a requirement of the role:

* Private equity fund management, typical structures and the tax issues arising from these (in particular, carried interest and disguised investment management fee rules)
* Residence, domicile and offshore trust matters
* Tax issues in relation to transactions, such as private equity acquisitions, management buy outs and those advising owner managed businesses (e.g. capital gains tax rules on entrepreneurs relief, reorganisations, transactions in securities and employment-related securities

You must have significant experience of dealing with senior clients and complex advisory work advising on matters relating to private equity, transactions, residence and domicile matters.
