What will role involve?

You will support the corporate tax partner on high level tax projects and team management. 

Examples of the work the corporate tax team gets involved with includes:  M&A work, tax efficient structuring and due diligence corporate reorganisations, demergers and reconstructions; international tax, transfer pricing, double tax treaties, property taxation, property development by UK and overseas companies. 

Clients: With a client base and tax advisory work to rival much larger firms,wide range of clients, from overseas listed companies, international groups and owner managed businesses

 
The quality of the tax team and its client base are major selling points for this role and will further improve your technical ability. There is a high density of CTA qualified tax professionals in the team for you to call on and a lot of ex Big 4 members. The other “big sell” is the ability to advance here quicker then you might do in a lot of other firms.
