Your new role
Your role will have a strong advisory focus, advising on corporate tax implications of transactions and business initiatives. The role also offers you the chance to gain exposure to a variety of duties and international tax. relevant businesses, operating models, legal entity structures and funding and the associated tax considerations and issues. This includes gaining an understanding of the relevant businesses, operating models, legal entity structures and funding and the associated tax considerations and issues. As well as developing, implementing and monitoring controls to manage tax risks amongst a host of other varied duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CTA, or ACA qualified professional with strong corporate tax knowledge, and an understanding of tax issues relating to the financial services and banking industry. You will be technically strong and be able to articulate complex tax issues to non-tax specialist.
