In-house VAT Analyst

A new vacancy has been created for a VAT & Indirect Tax Analyst, to join a small in-house tax team, Cheshire.

Supporting the VAT Tax Manager your role will be to compile & analyse the VAT/ Intrastat/ ESL and duty returns for 20+ VAT registrations mainly in the EU, to draft finalised VAT, Intrastat, and Excise submissions for EU countries and audit transactions. You will need to maintain good working knowledge of indirect tax legislation and procedures and assist with providing advice to the businesses on non-complex EU-wide indirect tax matters

Ideally you will have 1-3 years VAT / Indirect tax experience as well as SAP and/or AX and good numeracy, literacy and excellent computer skills, especially Excel
