Semi-Senior Accountant - Chiswick

A well-established and successful Accountancy Practice, based in Chiswick, are recruiting a Semi-Senior Accountant to join their growing team. 

This is the perfect opportunity for a Semi-Senior who perhaps is not getting the best support in their current firm, as the Partners of this firm strongly believe in supporting their staff through their studies and giving them the best exposure possible. Arisen purely through growth, this position is ideal for a hard-working and ambitious individual. 

You will have the opportunity to work with varied client portfolio including businesses within construction, retail, media and charity. Duties of the role will include accounts preparation, VAT work, bookkeeping and personal and corporation tax, with the opportunity to develop the role as you progress in the firm. You will have the opportunity to liaise directly with clients, so excellent communication skills are essential for this position. 

The ideal candidate will:

● have between 18-24 months experience in a small or medium sized Accountancy Practice
● be AAT qualified and/or studying for their ACCA/ACA qualification
● be located near Chiswick or confident that they can commute to Chiswick
● have experience using Iris, Xero and Sage One (not essential)
● be hard-working and able to work under pressure to strict deadlines 
● want to progress their career within Accountancy
