Private Client Manager/ Senior Manager - Exciting new firm!

This opportunity does require someone who is willing to get involved in all aspects of the compliance and advisory piece for their clients. As part of a global firm, the client base is bias to international, so a good understanding of non-domiciles is a must. In addition tot the specifics of the role detailed below, above all, you should have a desire to support the partners in building a team, enjoy building and maintaining relationships and be a team player.

· Preparation of individual UK tax returns (the majority of which will contain international aspects e.g. the remittance basis, non-domicile and claiming foreign tax offsets);

· Responding to client queries in relation to tax returns;

· Preparation of UK corporate tax returns for small to medium companies;

· Preparation of UK company accounts;

· Dealing with HMRC registrations/PAYE/VAT/Payroll.

· Acting as HMRC agent.

· Providing written advice to clients;

· Working with the UK Directors to provide innovate solutions to our clients.
