I am working with a Leeds employer of choice to recruit a Group VAT Manager to cover a 12 month maternity leave.
Your new role
Working alongside the existing Group Indirect Tax Manager you will report into the Head of UK Tax on all matters relating to the company's VAT compliance and planning.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 5 years experience in a VAT specific role, and significant exposure to working on retail specific VAT matters is essential. You will be a systems expert, and in particular have expertise of working with SAP. You will be an outstanding communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and explain complex tax matters to non tax specialists.
