As well as significant operational transfer pricing experience, you will need strong project management skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships across the business.
In conjunction with the VP of International Tax, you will be responsible for establishing global transfer pricing policies for all of the company's cross-border transactions where global delivery is at heart of the business model.
You will also need to design and implement practical policies that are fully compliant with applicable international tax and OECD norms (including Country by Country reporting) yet provide operational flexibility to growing, dynamic, and fast-evolving company.
In addition you will lead on evaluating and implementing processes and controls around TP and you will lead a team (in the US and India) to make sure that policies are implemented and followed effectively across the business.
You will lead on APAs and also deal with TP audits globally, making this role an all-round position with visibility across a range of TP issues.
