Tax Manager - Glasgow

Change Public Practice are working with a Chartered Accountancy firm in the Glasgow area to assist them in the recruitment of a Tax Specialist to help drive forwards their tax offering to their current and future client base.

This opportunity is very much a ‘Sky is the Limit’ sort of role which can be moulded and developed into something very unique. This role could suit someone who is a strong Tax Manager up to someone who is currently at Tax Director level. This Chartered Accountancy firm has a current tax offering but there is a definite need to push this function further to enable a full tax advisory service to their current and future client base. The successful person will work with the business leaders to identify and devise a structure for how to drive this team forwards and as well having a strong technical tax background, the ideal person will have a strong commercial and market awareness. This role will be a mixture of Tax Advisory and Tax Compliance and will be a mixed tax role.

The career path for this person will be to progress to Partner in the future and build a team as this service line grows.
