Corporate Tax Senior Manager

This leading international firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Manager to join its Northern Corporate Tax team in a role which will focus on advisory work. This is an opportunity for an individual with a commercial outlook and strong corporation tax and tax accounting experience to work with a stand-out client portfolio including large international groups, PE backed companies and ambitious local private companies. The role will involve a wide range of tax advisory work including tax structuring (for UK and international clients), reorganisations and strategic tax planning assignments. You will be responsible for client relationship management and developing new leads from your client portfolio plus coaching and developing junior staff members. You will be ACA or CTA qualified with strong corporate tax experience probably gained in a Big 4 or Top 10 firm. You will also have a passion for delivering excellent client service and joined up advice to clients and strong communication and team working skills.
