As part of it's Global Mobility team, you will play a key role in ensuring that delivery to it's largest expatriate programs are met and support in mentoring staff to realise their full potential.
You will be empowered to utilise your existing expatriate tax technical skills as you undertake this dual compliance and advisory focused position. Your responsibilities will include managing all day to day aspects of running a client portfolio including conducting arrival/departure meetings, reviewing UK tax returns, running modified payrolls and financial management. In addition, you will be expected to deliver on specific advisory work on an ad hoc basis, for example, statutory residence reviews, social security, taxability of bonuses, double tax treaty, remuneration structuring, policy design etc.
