UK Tax Manager In House Tax Role - FTSE 250 Berkshire
The UK Tax Manager will be an essential part of the Group Taxation team based in the head office of this global company.
You will work within a specialist team of 3 with a wide remit to include both UK Corporation Tax compliance and reporting responsibilities, CFC reviews, worldwide debt cap, SAO reviews, R&D claims as well as assisting in other large group projects such as transfer pricing, reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals.
This would be ideal for someone who qualified within the last 2-5 years ACA/CTA who has worked in the corporation tax sphere for a good amount of time and who is looking for a role in Industry with a complex Global business.
