· Supporting clients in developing a transfer pricing documentation strategy
· Working with clients to plan and prepare their Master File and Local Files
· Providing advisory services around Action 13 to clients through workshops, reviewing Master File and Local File templates prepared in-house, drafting their in-house transfer pricing documentation guidance
· Determining transfer pricing documentation consequences of changes to the business and the external environment, such as BEPS
· Involvement in the team's business development activities, for example around Action 13, including developing marketing materials and tools and responding to RFPs
· Developing and managing client relationships
· Managing client relationships on large projects across multiple jurisdictions, working with the project management team and overseas offices
· Liaising closely with colleagues in the Transfer Pricing Centre of Excellence, to deliver services to clients and providing support on technical issues
· Coaching and developing junior members of the team
· Coordinating with Global Compliance Management Services and Tax Management Consulting teams to provide streamlined services to clients
