Head of Tax Compliance (corporate), Birmingham, to £90k

UK top 10 accountancy firm is looking to recruit a Head of Tax Compliance (corporate) for their Birmingham office. This leadership position has been created as a result of exceptional growth in recent years.

Responsibilities include:

* Improving efficiency of the compliance process
* Implementing compliance strategy
* Business partnering with UK head office to ensure deadline delivery & high standards are achieved
* Demonstrate leaderships skills by managing team of 35 specialists
* Risk management
* Business partnering with audit teams
* Financial management (including pricing strategy)

To be considered for this role, candidates must have extensive experience of managing large teams & have demonstrable strong technical knowledge. ACA / CTA qualification will be a distinct advantage.
