The Role

In this national role you will be responsible for delivering learning to our client's Australian Audit and Advisory practice, to an audience ranging from graduate to partner. The material will be devised by the global Audit function, which you will evaulate and tailor to your delegates. You can expect to train a variety of colleagues in person, using e-learning tools or in a virtual classroom setting.

The Ideal Candidate

In order to succeed in the role you will likely reflect the following profile:

* CA qualified
* Strong working knowledge of audit methodology and eAudIT
* Previous Learning and Development, or training experience, in a complex corporate or professional services environment would be an advantage, but is not expected
* Experience in designing and delivering learning materials is desirable but not a requirement
* Demonstrated project management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you will need to be a "people person" and an outgoing, engaging character to do this job justice
