Reputable and recognisable market-leading retailer have an exciting role for a qualified Financial Accountant.

Your new company
This industry leading retailer have an excellent reputation in the market and, due to continued growth and development, are seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to join their team and provide strong technical support to the business.

Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Accounting Manager, himself a big-four trained candidate, you will primarily be responsible for the financial reporting, tax and treasury reporting, fixed asset reporting and balance sheet reconciliations whilst ensuring the financial integrity of the business through the provision and management of tight financial controls and compliance. You will also provide leadership to two junior staff members and be responsible for their ongoing development.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified finance professional who can demonstrate a strong track record in the financial accounting function with experience and an understanding of the key issues surrounding tax and treasury. You will be a confident, professional and engaging candidate with a desire to develop and progress with a forward-thinking, dynamic business.
