with 100million + turnovers. The partners are Big 4/ Top 10 trained and
have a commercial and dynamic attitude.

The role is driven by growth and strategic planning. The position offers you
the opportunity to deal with complex compliance and consultancy work (50/50
split). Prospects are extremely positive and the opportunity to make manager
in a short period of time is highly realistic.

Some aspects of this role include:

• Handle a client portfolio, undertaking compliance, advisory duties

• Assist the business in the development and growth of the corporate tax
Practice.

• Mentor junior staff

• Liaise with clients and look to improve your relationship

The type of work the corporate tax department deals with include:

•All forms of corporate tax and CGT planning for private companies.

•Cross border planning, both inbound and outbound,TP

•Director/employee remuneration planning including all forms of share
schemes.

•Transactional work

•MBO's / MBI's - private equity and leveraged debt structures.

•Reorganisations – purchases and sales.

•VCT & EIS

What do you need to qualify?

CTA/ACA or equivalent

A background in corporate tax gained at a reputable firm
