Tax Disputes Manager

Join a Big 4, award winning Tax Litigation team in London working as a Tax Disputes Manager.

Your clients will include large UK and multi-national corporates, advising HMRC enquiries and their tax risk.

Advise unquoted and listed companies, partnerships, entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals, providing client service, from complex tax planning to compliance.

Requirements:

* You should be ACA, CTA qualified or equivalent
* Experience of managing a portfolio of clients
* You will have experience at reviewing and advising on corporate clients' risks in respect of Diverted Profits Tax and the Base Erosion of Profits.
* Be familiar with the Standard Accounting Officer regime and be able to advise clients on how to meet their obligations

Desirable experience:

Dealing with Transfer Pricing enquiries

Have a good knowledge of HMRC's approach to tax risk and the enquiry process.
