Treasury Manager - Capital Management

This retail bank pride themselves on their range of simple and convenient retail banking and insurance products designed specifically to meet the needs of their customers. They are currently growing in a number of key areas and are currently investing in a number of strategic appointments in Edinburgh to support the bank's continues growth and success.
Your new role
Within this interesting position you will be prudential capital subject matter expert for the bank and will compile the banks capital plan. You will also act as secretary to the capital management forum. You will keep up to date with regulatory chances and be responsible for calculating regulatory rations and rating agency ratios. In addition you deliver all standard capital reporting including detailed impact analysis of regulatory change. Within this role you will be supported by a capital analyst and will play an important part in their development.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have the ability to liase with peer group experts and the ability to liase with a range of stakeholders. Financial modelling skills are also needed for this position. In terms of experience, you should have good knowledge of CRR and CRD as well as Basel. Good knowledge of Risk transfer Functions will also be advantageous.
