Regional Tax Manager – New Delhi, India.

Kingpin International is working in Partnership with a large multinational Corporation who are looking to recruit for a Regional Tax Manager based a short commuting distance to the south of New Delhi, India.

The Regional Tax Manager will play a key role in an In House Tax Counsel capacity across a cluster of countries within the South Asia region. Some of those Tax subjects will include overseeing the Tax Compliance, Reporting & Accounting (US GAAP), supporting local Tax Audits, managing Tax risk, Tax Planning and some regional input on any M&A activity (due diligence).

You will also have the opportunity to work on Global Tax initiatives and projects, liaising with your Peers across a large internal Tax network.

To be considered for this Regional Tax Manager role, then it is likely you will be CPA qualified (or equivalent) and have International Tax experience which will include a working practical knowledge of multiple Tax jurisdictions across South Asia. A good understanding of US GAAP (ASC 740 & ASC 740-10) is also a prerequisite along with the ability to communicate effectively across numerous internal Stakeholders and to work fluently in English.
