Country Managing Partner, Asia, base salary $200k-250k

Rare Big Four Firm Country Managing Partner role that comes to the lateral market in Asia...

Big Four firm based in Asia are interested in hearing from Partner's (Tax, Audit or Consulting) at the peak of their careers who were trained or currently live in a Common Law Country (so UK, Canada, Australia or NZ). You will need to commit to this firm (not on paper but in thought!) for a 15 year stretch in order to make this role a real success. Some Country Managing Partner roles are short-term, not this role.

You will on the flip side need to have somewhere between 5-15 years in Partnership at your present firm but see this role as a challenge.

Experience in Asia or an Emerging Market would be useful (and likely). This role is not in Hong Kong and so compensation won't reflect Hong Kong rates or anyone who perhaps has London, New York, Sydney or high salary expectations the metric of the country (not the firm as the firm is very successful and market leading) won't support a high USD or Sterling salary.

You will inherit a team with hundreds of highly educated individuals, an existing cordial, ambitious Partnership and the infrastructure of a very well connected Regional and International firm.

Salary, commensurate with experience, base USD 200,000 - 250,000 circa, plus benefits.
