International Tax Manager w/ FTSE 100 Company

International Tax Manager vacancy with a global FTSE 100, consistently recognised as one of the world's most innovative companies.

As International Tax Manager, you will lead/support on a wide range of International projects and value-add global initiatives. The successful candidate, as part of a growing tax team, will experience a wide range of exposure to the global functions.

You will play an essential role in the implementation of initiatives supporting the Group's global tax strategy.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all tax issues in designated geographical regions.
* Liaise and build relationships with overseas companies personnel becoming a trusted business partner in all respect.
* Provide advice on tax efficient financing for, and repatriation from, overseas locations
* Identify and implement appropriate tax planning projects, as they affect the designated geography
* Offering group support to local finance directors on local tax audits and negotiations
* Review and feedback on tax reporting for the designated territory.
* Work effectively with other parts of the tax department function ensuring full support is provided to countries e.g. on matters of transfer pricing.
* Provide support and advice on tax due diligence and related structuring for acquisition and disposal activity.

A successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic team player who can work closely with the other members of the UK international tax team, other members of the tax department and finance teams.

Experience:

* University degree
* Accountancy qualification - ACA and / or Tax Qualified
* Big 4 trained - desirable
* Exposure to commercial environment
* International and broad UK tax experience
