Corporate Tax manager- In house- London

Our client is a top global software and tech business operating worldwide.

This is a new created position and a stand alone role.

As a Corporate tax manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the income tax function for the UK Group

Responsibilities

*Manage the tax compliance and accounting co-sourcing arrangement with outside advisors
*Support forecasting process from a cash tax and effective tax rate perspective
*Support monthly and year-end tax close process
*Analyze local tax consequences of various customer opportunities
*Manage annual transfer pricing documentation for UK group
*Support the US tax group on US tax compliance and global tax provision matters
*Research and communicate the tax aspects of various integration initiatives
*Support implementation of country by country reporting requirements
*Identify, implement and effectively participate in process improvement initiatives
*Monitor and communicate tax impact of changes in tax laws in jurisdictions in which the UK group operates
*Support global mobility programs
*Develop and maintain internal controls

Other Required Qualifications

*6 years of relevant work experience
*Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders
*Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
*Familiarity with accounting for income taxes
*Proven organization skills with critical attention to detail
