Our client is a large international firm with offices across New Zealand and an enviable client list including NZ's largest companies and many multi-national inbound international companies. Due to growth, as a result of a buoyant market, an opportunity has arisen for a Manager or Senior Manager to help lead the team in Hamilton.
Hamilton is New Zealand's forth largest city and is at the heart of New Zealand's dairy & agriculture industry and home to the world's second largest dairy company. Surrounded by stunning countryside and vibrant towns Hamilton offers a unique lifestyle that combines surf beaches, ski-fields, rivers, lakes and mountains all within 1.5 hours of Auckland City.
NZ based tax teams are naturally smaller requiring Managers to be agile and commercial advisers to their clients and mentors to their teams. This is an excellent market to enhance your business development skills and to progress your career whilst enjoying everything New Zealand has to offer.
To be considered for this role you will have 4+ years corporate tax experience gained in a big 4 or top tier firm, in a sophisticated tax environment. You may be in the cusp of Manager, an experienced Manager or even a Senior Manager but you will have to have strong communication skills, drive and the mental agility to adjust to a new environment and new legislation.
