Senior Manager, Transaction Tax – Abu Dhabi
Kingpin International is looking to hire a Senior Manager within Transaction Tax to join a large Advisory firm in Abu Dhabi.
Working in close collaboration with a Senior Partner you will have responsibility for client retention as well developing new business opportunities and marketing initiatives. You will also lead multiple projects and provide technical input on Tax implications within acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, restructuring and IPO’s. Managing Junior Tax team members and overseeing the preparation of reports will also form a significant part of this role.
To be considered for this Senior Manager Transactional Tax job opportunity then you must have a proven track record within a mature market (ie UK & Western Europe, US, Canada etc.) and likely be working for a Big 4 Advisory or specialist legal firm within Transactional Tax (M&A, due diligence etc.). We are also require someone who has a strong Academic background with a degree in Accounting, Law, Tax, Finance or similar and likely a Masters in Tax, LLM or MBA.
The ability to lead, develop and motivate your team will also be looked on favourably along with being able to Project Manage effectively and have strong communication skills.
