Tax Process & Technology Associate Director, KPMG, Dublin

We are seeking a Tax Process and Technology Assistant Director for a permanent role within the firm. The suitable candidate will be responsible for providing a unique core advisory service to clients related to realising tax compliance in day to day business processes. The candidate will advise on best practices for configuring and managing VAT and other taxes in ERP systems and/or business functions. In addition, the suitable candidate will lead wider tax control & improvement initiatives with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the overall delivery of Tax Process and Technology projects
Working with KPMG Tax Advisory and IT resources to deliver bespoke client solutions
Aligning KPMG service offerings with client requirements.

Requirements:

Successful applicants should have a tax transformation or support background.

Required for these roles are the following skills, experience and background:

ERP roll outs/upgrades
Data warehouse/consolidation projects
Support the tax work stream in finance/organisation initiatives (e.g. SSC/BPO)
SOX/Risk management initiatives
Experience with a variety of tax heads
Excellent client facing skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
5+ year’s industry or practice experience
